Feel Itzel

Hola and Hello! My name is Itzel Gonzalez and like you, I’m a perfect soul in an imperfect body learning all about the spiritual-human experience. I consider myself a devoted student of Spirit and guardian of our Earth Mother as well as a Medicine Woman of the Heart. At 28 years of age, I often feel as if I have lived many lifetimes just in this one considering the many adversities I’ve overcome up until this point in my life. My spiritual journey started early as I gave birth to a beautiful soul at the tender age of 15. My whole universe transformed into a story I would’ve never imagined. Like a lot of humans, I’ve experienced severe depression, sexual abuse, attempted suicide, and suffered from deep childhood trauma in several different ways. My story is long and painful but also incredibly touching and magical beyond words. Because of what I’ve been able to overcome, I am convinced that I am here in devotion to the bigger vision and there’s no doubt in my heart that we are all part of that bigger mission.

I am currently located in Austin, Texas, where I am attending school to become a LMT as well as continue to share my spiritual offerings with the interconnected human family all around the earth. In the meantime I am authentically enjoying my journey as a loving mother to a growing 12 year old human seedling and my two fur babies all while continuing to explore and mature into the essence of being alive and being of divine service.

”Sow seeds of faith, sow seeds of love, sow seeds of trust in all that you are” -Itzel Gonzalez

My Sincere Intention

Is to assist you with love in your own unique healing journey. We are all in different places in our lives and I understand that. One of my commitments to you is to share my ancestral wisdom and the practical-spiritual knowledge I’ve accumulated throughout the many years of inner work. My intentions run deep and they are made up of many parts. You can confidently count them as always coming from the heart. Here’s some of them:

  • Assist you as you align yourself to your higher purpose and set yourself free
  • Allow the divine to guide the way as I weave a special offering made just for you
  • Honor and respect your voice and aspects that make you uniquely you
  • Use my empathetic heart to assist you in unlocking the answers within yourself
  • Help you reclaim your sovereignty and spiritual authority
  • Create a safe container for the authentic expression of your soul
  • Share my root knowledge and wisdom to assist you in this spiritual journey

Each of us is a spiritual seed planted in the universal garden of consciousness. Together we create the tapestry of existence.

My Roots

In this lifetime

I was born in a small border town in the Rio Grande Valley and consider myself a Mexican mystic with roots all over the globe. My spiritual awakening work started back in 2014 but my background in actively serving the universal soul family initiated in 2019 when I lived in The Sacred Valley of the Incas and served as a shamanic apprentice, retreat facilitator, translator, and ceremony guardian. My shamanic studies continued as I explored dietas in the Amazonian Jungle and received further guidance and teachings from Shipibo maestros (teachers) and indigenous elders as well as divine unseen forces such as plant and animal allies.  Now after even further exploration, I am currently co-creating as a reiki practitioner, intuitive healer, divinatory practitioner, and circle guide as I train to get my license in Holistic Massage Therapy. I consider this a beautiful opening space with still a lifetime of deep spiritual self discovery and exploration ahead. Without doubt, I am eternally a student.

From Beyond

On top of my shamanic training and personal exploration, I come from a long line of indigenious Mexican wisdom. I am a 5th generation card reader and healer. As a part of lineage is my grandmother who is a Mexican curandera and sobadora specialized in womb healing and body work. She is not only recognized as such, but is also loved and cherished as a leader in her community as well as a social and political activist in her region in rural Mexico. Her gifts were also passed down and shared by her own grandmother who guided her in these modalities.
